Born and raised in Sonora, Ca. I've lived here all my life. I worked for my father for most of my young adult life, then worked as a mechanic until I became sick with Multiple Sclerosis. In order to help me recover some of my skill and mobility, and to keep my mind flexible, I turned to music and songwriting. Music has been with me my whole life but I never put the music down on paper. Now I am going to share the music with you!
late in ’05 I had been playing with my band “Modanick-J and the boys complained that I needed another more up tempo song.I sat down and thought about what to write a song about and realized that spending time with the one I love is one of the most important things in my life,so shortly thereafter “Sweet Sweet Time” came to be.
I talk for a bit about Open Mike Night at Zane’s, learning guitar tabs, Weston A Price, lactofermenting, coconut oil and kefir. Wide range of stuff today, but I am trying to rebuild my health from all angles: spiritual as well as physical. The video is still loading so you might have to check back!
This is a recording I made back in 2005 before I fell ill with Multiple Sclerosis. I hope to be able to start recording again soon, as I have changed up my music as I have grown and matured.
